LEEMA ELECTRIC (FOSHAN) CO., LTD. announced that its independently designed 217KVA oil-immersed step-up transformer has successfully passed vibration testing conducted by CNAS third-party testing and certification company. The product fully complies with the requirements of the IEC60721-3-2 CLASS 2M3 standard. This certification signifies that the product has achieved industry-leading levels in anti-vibration performance, mechanical stability, and environmental adaptability, providing higher reliability assurance for applications in power, industrial and new energy.
The vibration test was conducted in accordance with the IEC 60721-3-2 Class 2M3 standard, which imposes stringent requirements on the mechanical vibration conditions equipment may encounter during transportation, installation, and operation. The test simulated complex vibration environments for transformers under operational stresses, covering multi-dimensional parameters such as frequency range, acceleration, and duration. LEEMA’s step-up transformer demonstrated outstanding performance throughout the testing. Its structural design, internal component fixation, and insulation performance remained unaffected by vibration, fully validating the product’s long-term stability and safety in harsh environments. The transformer is fully capable of meeting the reliable operation and usage requirements in various high-load, vibration-intensive industrial settings, such as oil & gas, wind power, mining, and rail transportation applications.
Moving forward, LEEMA will continue to delve deeper into the transformer field, bringing more high-performance products that meet global standards to market, thereby supporting the development of green energy and smart grid infrastructure.
